Before COVID-19 got its claws into the world, several of our team won promotions, and we also gave a new junior copywriter her start in the business.
We’re proud of them all and, despite recent events, it feels wrong not to recognise their achievements. So here are the details (written by our new copywriter, Lizzie).
Revamped team and new consultancy department for Radix Communications
Radix Communications, the B2B tech copywriting agency, has begun 2020 with a burst of appointments and promotions – and created a brand-new consultancy division.
Following its 12th consecutive year of growth, the Cornwall-based agency has hired a new junior copywriter and revealed a new-look management team.
Chloe Jones is promoted to head of client services alongside Sarah Gray, who’s now head of internal operations.
They are joined on the management team by three new “consultant writers”: George Reith, Steve George, and Kieran Haynes. The new consultancy division will work closely with clients to provide content ideas, workshops, and advice, as well as dedicated writing support.
Creative director David McGuire said: “Increasingly, B2B marketers expect writers to be proactive content partners rather than just suppliers. This new team means we’re well placed to help.”
Content lead Nick Prescott and account manager Jordan Brown were also promoted, while junior copywriter Lizzie Cresswell joined the agency as its 12th specialist B2B writer.
She said: “I feel really lucky that I’m taking the first few steps of my writing career here. The team take a lot of pride and enjoyment in their work, and the experience and support around me are invaluable.”
Operations director Sophie Reynolds welcomed the changes, saying: “We’re lucky enough to have some incredibly talented, experienced people on our team. It’s really exciting to build on that and see Radix grow in a new, fresh direction.”
Congratulations Lizzie, Chloe, George, Jordan, Kieran, Nick, Sarah, and Steve; you guys are awesome.
