Radix wins copywriting contract with GOSS Interactive

GOSS Interactive logoWe’re very happy to announce we’ve won a contract to provide copywriting services to GOSS Interactive, a developer of web customer experience management solutions based in Plymouth.

Radix will work with GOSS and its design agency, Crunch Creative, to develop a comprehensive set of marketing materials that will support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

GOSS is best known as a supplier of web content management systems to public sector organisations. Websites built with GOSS technology include the Met Office, Gloucestershire County Council and North Lanarkshire Council.

Now the company is seeing increased demand for its services from the private sector, building on successes with blue-chip companies including Brittany Ferries, Virgin Trains, South West Water and the Berkeley Group.

Anthony Peake, marketing director, GOSS Interactive, said: “Today, a company’s website is not just a showcase for the business – it is the business. Our software helps organisations to build sophisticated, profitable websites that meet customers’ needs in the mobile and social era. I’m excited to be working with Radix to communicate the unique capabilities GOSS has to new customers and market sectors.”

In the first phase of the programme, Radix will write a set of brochures, datasheets and case studies showcasing the breadth and scope of customer experience management technologies supplied by GOSS.
