David enjoys speaking at marketing and writing events, and regularly hosts the UK’s national Copywriting Conference.

As operations director, she manages our systems and processes, counts the money, and makes sure we give our clients a fast, efficient, high-quality service. Before Radix, Sophie managed global software implementations for clients including Aviva, Experian, and Deutsche Bank.

As the leader of our account management team, Chloe is responsible for making sure we deliver a responsive, helpful service. She’s also a key point of contact for many of our clients – creating proposals, taking briefs, organising schedules, and liaising with our writing team to deliver top-quality work on time. Perhaps it’s her MSc in Business and Management, or her time as a Marketing and Projects Co-ordinator for a specialist marine survey firm, but you’ll always find Chloe unflappable, positive, and upbeat.

George’s analytical mind makes him an invaluable resource when it comes to tackling the nuts and bolts of our clients’ technologies. And with a no-nonsense approach to copywriting, we’ve yet to find a technical subject that he can’t explain in clear, carefully targeted copy.
