Based in Cornwall, working worldwide

Ideally, we’re looking for people who can eventually (pandemic permitting) join us in our award-winning eco-friendly waterside offices in Penryn, UK. There’s a lot of benefit to having your people around you. But we’re also realists, and we’re happy to talk about remote options; we already have clients all around the world, and we’re open to a wider spread of colleagues too.

The talent we need to grow

Radix has built a reputation for two things: smart, engaging B2B tech content, and fast, proactive service. That means we mainly need two kinds of people:

Gifted, versatile B2B copywriters

Radix writers combine rigour and flair, to create powerful content that engages the reader but is still watertight from a business and technical point of view. You’ll also be comfortable interviewing stakeholders and experts, asking smart questions to bring the subject to life. And we need you to be a chameleon, adapting your writing style to suit each client’s voice.

Unflappable, proactive account managers

Our clients rely on Radix to deliver their copy exactly on schedule – and they trust us as part of their team. That’s why our account managers are our heroes. You’ll need to be organised and proactive, juggling multiple deadlines and working with the writing team to schedule the work, give accurate cost estimates, and generally go above and beyond to make your clients’ jobs easier.
